RACQUET CLUB UPDATE

JULY 2002

GREETINGS from Jackson Hole! We are off to a fantastic Summer season this year. We have heard from several owners who haven't been to visit for years, and we expect a very busy season. The Winter season should be looking up as well because of exciting news about flights into the valley. Beginning this Winter three new airlines will fly direct to Jackson Hole. continental Airlines from Houston; Northwest Airlines from Minneapolis; and Delta jet service from Atlanta and Salt Lake City.

You may wonder about the danger of wildfires this year. Well, the now/water equivalency in the Jackson Hole area is at 45 percent of normal. We are in better shape than a lot of areas right now and we currently have no local fires. But, it is only a matter of time before rising temperatures and high winds will put us in danger of dealing with another drought-induced fire season.

Typical to the Summer season is extra traffic and construction delays. Road construction continues along the Snake River Canyon (Hwy. 89/26) and within several areas of Yellowstone and Grand Teton National parks. Please plan ahead, take your time, and expect delays.

PRIVATE SALES! The web site and AD-BOARD are convenient venues for private rentals and sales. If you sell your timeshare, please send us a copy of the recorded Warranty Deed so that we may change our records. Also, please let us know if you have rented, or have guests using your timeshare week.

We had hoped to get through a year without having to mention the same old reminders, but, unfortunately we have several owners and guests who must be reminded to please be considerate and obey the following rules:

NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON THE CONDOMINIUM PROJECT                    PROPERTY. Yes, you will see dogs on the property that belong to owners of individual condominiums and homes. They are the only people allowed to have pets.

CHECK-IN TIME IS 4PM; CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10AM - NO EXCEPTIONS.

NOISE. Those of you who own ground floor units are painfully aware that you can hear every single noise from the unit above. PLEASE be a good neighbor and refrain from running the washer, dryer or dishwasher between the hours of 10PM and 8AM. We have had a few owners suggest that we remove the washers and dryers due to inconsiderate guests above. We would prefer to avoid such drastic measures.

WILDLIFE! Please do not feed or pet the moose! Please do not leave our trash for bears, skunks, birds, moose, etc... Wild animals are just that - wild. Human contact and feeding presents a danger to you and the animals.

Copies of the Rules and Regulations of the Condominium Project are distributed at check-in, and you will find a "Good Neighbor" reminder on the dining room table.

As a reminder, maintenance fees were due June 15, 2002, and, we are now accepting MasterCard and Visa payments of annual maintenance fees. Late fees will be assessed July 15, 2002 to all past due accounts.

The annual Owners Association meeting will be held Saturday August 17, 2002 at 9AM. Please return your proxies as soon as possible.
